He's Coming Home!

Man has this been a crazy 3 weeks. It seems like is has flown by and drug on at the same time. How is that even possible? Mine & the boys emotions have been up and down, up and down. But Richard is coming home! He will be here this weekend & we are stoked! It's been wierd having him gone and gearing up for deployment again. Its been a LONG time. Last time he deployed was in '06 and last time we geared up for one was in '08. BLUGH. But I have come to the conclusion that NTC is just as important for the family as it is for the Soldiers. While they are preparing to deploy we are preparing to have them deploy. Having the gone with relatively no phone access and no internet access is a big part in getting used to how things will be. No, we dont really have to worry about their safety, but just gettin life on track with them gone is hard enough and we need to get ready to have to do that. So as bad as it sucks & has sucked I am glad they have NTC. It's preparing my family for what is about to come. And we are all better off prepared. We are looking forward to having him home tho! I can't wait!
